Quality of Life Indicators
Primary Partners: Leadership Pikes Peak and Pikes Peak United Way
This community initiative was started in 2006 by United Way (Howard Brooks as the Champion) The first Quality of Life Indicators report was published in August 2007. In 2007, LPP stepped in as a major partner to United Way and became the fiscal agent for the project. Both organizations supported the project with fundraising and staff support. An important asset LPP brings to this initiative is talented, committed people for this largely volunteer effort. Year two created a stronger report and a strong partnership between LPP and United Way. The report gets stronger each year and LPP continues to serve as partner and steering committee member.
