Hillary brings more than 10 years of hands-on experience as a practitioner of strategic planning, staff training and development, and nonprofit leadership. She has been involved with LPP LNow Steering Committee, a graduate of the LNow Class of 2008 and a graduate from the Signature Class of 2013, board member and treasurer for the Colorado Springs Rising Professionals, past President of ACCEL, a member of the Community Development Advisory Council and a member of the Society of Industrial and Organizational Psychology. Hillary has a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Iowa State University in 2001. She earned a master’s degree in Organizational Management in 2009 and a PhD in Organizational Development and Leadership in January 2016.
Keith is a Southern Colorado native and a transplant to Colorado Springs. He has a bachelor's degree in Communications and a MA in Business Administration. His passion is to empower others to explore themselves while they discover their strengths and come alive. Keith has been engaged in every community he has lived in and Keith embraces Colorado Springs as him home. He is very involved with local non-profit initiatives, and he also serves on the Colorado Springs Rising Professionals Board of Directors. Keith has more than a decade of management, project and program management experience, as well as leadership, teaching, and marketing experience.
Sloan Gonzales for the past ten years has been a trainer and program developer for various non-profits in the Colorado Springs area. She has trained and spoken on areas covering professionalism, conflict management, school violence, diversity, public speaking, and much more. Sloan is a LNOW 2013 "Best Class Ever" graduate. Sloan received her undergraduate in Sociology and an MA in Communication from UCCS. When Sloan is not supporting the the mission of LNOW and WCLI, she enjoys exploring beautiful Colorado with her husband and golden retriever.
