Taking Signature Program Applications Now!

Leadership Pikes Peak is currently taking applications for the 2008-09 Signature Program. Applications are due June 20, 2008.

The Leadership Pikes Peak Signature Program targets established and emerging community leaders.  Over ten months (including 14 full days), participants explore the history of our region, education, criminal justice, human services, business & economy, environment, local government, public safety, and arts and culture. Participants enjoy hands-on experiences and “up close and personal” site visits while they learn about the issues, challenges and opportunities Colorado Springs faces today and will see in the future.  Upon completion, Signature Program participants are recognized as "community trustees," or citizens who understand the issues and opportunities that face our community, have exhibited leadership skills, and take responsibility for, as well as play an active role in, shaping our community.
