Signature Program

For Experienced Professionals

Founded in 1979, the Signature Program is our flagship leadership program. It takes experienced professionals from the public, private, and nonprofit sectors and sets them up for community leadership. Over 10 months from August to the following June, participants learn about the most important issues facing the Pikes Peak region, and meet and learn from the community’s most dynamic leaders.

Leadership NOW!

For Young Professionals

Leadership NOW! exists to engage, support, and mobilize young professionals as meaningful members of our community. LNOW! trains participants in leadership skills, helps them model civic spirit and effective teamwork, and plugs them into the life and leadership of the Pikes Peak region. This leadership program is the pipeline for tomorrow’s senior leadership. LNOW! runs from August to December.

WCLI

Empowering Women

The Women’s Community Leadership Initiative (WCLI) offers up to 30 women the chance to unlock their potential to make a difference; through knowing their community better, meeting community leaders and understanding local channels of decision-making, and practicing and refining their own leadership skills. WCLI is open to women of diverse backgrounds and is offered in the spring.

Leading Edge

For High School Students

The Leading Edge is designed to provide high school juniors and seniors with leadership skills and with the knowledge and connections to empower them to get involved and make a difference in their community. This fall semester leadership program introduces them to the skills, concepts, organizations, and people that can form a foundation for a lifetime of civic engagement.
