For three decades LPP has been producing community leaders who have had a profound and lasting impact on the education, health, political, business, nonprofit, and civic sectors of our community. Many of our graduates have gone on to political office, become senior administrators for our city and schools, and been acknowledged as outstanding business and community leaders.
If you participated in the programs, you get it; if you didn’t, but believe in the power of community-based leadership development, this is where you should be – ready to financially support our efforts.
We get NO public funding, NO huge federal grants…and that’s as it should be. We are accountable to the citizens of the Pikes Peak Region to produce trained and confident folks ready to step in and step up for the betterment of all. And so we rely heavily on generous gifts from individuals like you to make this great dream work.
- Your gifts fully fund our Women’s Community Leadership Initiative program, which focuses on low to middle-income women, and our Young Leaders program, targeting 18-25 year olds..
- Your gifts provide scholarships to some 20% of Signature Program participants each year
- Your gifts have helped Leadership Pikes Peak produce 1,001 graduates, with 72% of them still living and active in the Pikes Peak Region.
